Everyone who works in the hotel is POLITE and welcoming. Friendly service and the food is cheap.

I loved the blankets! They were nice heavy thick blankets instead of the cardboard ones found in most hotels.

This was one of the best accomdations we have ever had including more expensive places. It was in all ways exceptional.

Possibly the best and nice stay for a road trip and family visit. Well laid out and spacious room and a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area inside. Location close enough to a big shopping mall called Boise Towne Square, and Boise for the first time. A wide array of food options at a short distance from the venue...

I was very impressed with the rooms. Very cozy, and I like you could borrow movies for the night, that was a nice added bonus!

There could be more variety for breakfast, and maybe some oj or apple juice. Really wish there was a pool, that would make the hotel amazing!!!

The room was efficient and well equipped, better than Extended Stay. The location was convenient. The price was reasonable.

A rather snotty clerk when we checked in. The breakfast was overly heavy on complex carbohydrates.

the cleaning services never did get to my room so i was a little upset over that.

I asked for a wake up call and one was never given - I almost missed oour flight - not a good thing to have happen!

The nearby Masala Bistro was a spicy find, full of flavor that had me raving! Plus, the picnic area at Candlewood was a nice touch for grabbing a bite outdoors.

The ADA room had a funky vibe with funky storage-no countertop for my toiletries was a buzzkill. Still, props for a clean space that at least carried some charm.

Very comfortable, spacious room. It was good to be able to prepare our own food as we had been travelling for some time. Having access to the complimentary laundry was a bonus. Supermarket close by.

Close proximity to the Boise airport is a definite plus. The breakfast is more than adequate, and healthy, to boot. The business center was much Ppreciated.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

The kitchenette was stocked with everything I needed to whip up quick meals, and the comfy bed was perfect for winding down after a long day. Plus, the cozy atmosphere.

They only clean room every 7 days. Geared toward long-term stay. Did not realize that when booking room.

Very nice! We came in late the first night and we were greeted by Mercedes who went the extra mile and wheeled (there was a chair waiting for me) me to the room....she didn't have to do that. Also, Arial was so nice when we left and came back. It's employees like that who make Candlewood Boise one of the best to stay at!
